Principal Objective: The Counter Manager is responsible to drive and build retail sales and improve rank.
Account Executive Position Profile
Principal Objective: The Account Executive is responsible to drive and build retail sales and market share for the region while staying within the budgeted guide lines for selling costs.
Education Executive Position Profile
Principal Objective: To educate Beauty Advisers by providing them with the product knowledge and sales skills necessary to meet productivity goals and service standards. This will be accomplished through the following core competencies: Seminar, In-Store Development, and Account Coordinator, Business Manager and Counter Manager development.
Senior Marketing Position Profile
Manage our advertising and marketing channels, not limited to but including google, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, etc. Bring more traffic to parts of the website and increase conversion on products.
